    For the traveler passing through. We love the old pub. Rooms are comfortable and very affordable.

    Had dinner with friends at the Bistro. No table service, order at bar, meals delivered to table. Two dining areas; the best is well-separated from drinking and gambling areas. Nice and warm despite the cold outside. Free espresso coffee from a machine in a reasonable state of repair. Watch out for the Wedges with the Works dish, it is larger than you might expect.

    The staff in the bar were great. However, the "cook" was quite rude when he bought my meal out..as I asked for no gravy. When he brought my meal back with no gravy...he slammed it on the table with a bottle of tomato sauce...which I didnt asked for ....and snorted as he left!....
